RETURNS POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be in original condition with packaging intact.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

 Customer-Initiated Returns:

  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  • You can either self-ship using a reliable courier service (with tracking) or request a pickup through us.

  • In case of pickup by Own conclusion, a return fee (₹___) will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to piece availability.

Defective / Wrong Product:

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, Own conclusion will cover 100% of the return shipping cost. No fee will be deducted.
